This is a reminder for all those in or near London that the inaugural British Academy Lecture in Geography takes place at the Royal Geographical Society next Tuesday, 7 July, at 6pm. 


The speaker is Prof Bill Cronon, the Frederick Jackson Turner and Vilas Research Professor of History, Geography, and Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin and past President of the American Historical Association. His title is "Who reads Geography or History anymore? The challenge of audience in a digital age".  


This is a public lecture, free to all. It will be followed by a reception at the RGS.
