Further to the discussion here some months ago - India and Bangladesh have agreed to swap their enclaves, counter enclaves, counter-counter enclaves etc. Obviously the welfare of the inhabitants will rise, as acess to govt services has vastly improved for these former enclaves. But I can't help feeling a great bit of cartography has just passed away. RIP = Rid of Pieces, Rural Improved Places.
