I would like to make you aware of a position SRG Clinical are working on exclusively with a Global Pharma company

 

Senior Statistician

12 month contract

Medical Device

Home Counties

Excellent daily/hourly rate

 

This opportunity with a global healthcare company devoted to improving life through the development of products and technologies that span the breadth of healthcare.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing statistical support across all stages of the clinical lifecycle, from planning and study design, to ongoing study management, final reporting and submission for publication;
• Liaising with CROs on outsourced projects;
• Providing statistical expertise and consultancy to colleagues in R&D and across the wider business when required;
• Supervising junior members of the team, and presenting updates and results to colleagues and senior managers.

Key Requirements

 

·         BSc in Mathematics or statistics/ mathematics/ life science equivalent

·         Multiple years of pharmaceutical industry experience

·         Working knowledge of clinical trial design and statistical procedures, demonstrated understanding of clinical trial data flow and regulatory requirements, coding techniques and statistical software

·         Demonstrated competency in SAS and MS Office tools

·         Experience in analysing study data, prioritize and deliver to deadlines

·         Understanding of CDISC STDM and ADaM standards

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate results to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
