Our Client- a global Med Devices Company is looking for an Experienced Statistician to join their R&D Team for a 12 months contract role based in Oxfordshire.

This role would suit a Biostatistics Consultant/Contractor with multiple years of industry experience in either Med Devices, CRO, Pharma or Biotech.

They offer a great portfolio of leading offerings in diagnostics, you would be working alongside highly skilled Statisticians and be offered an excellent daily rate (depended on experienced)

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Providing statistical support across all stages of the clinical lifecycle, from planning and study design, to ongoing study management, final reporting and submission for publication;

·         Liaising with CROs on outsourced projects;

·         Providing statistical expertise and consultancy to colleagues in R&D and across the wider business when required;

·         Supervising junior members of the team, and presenting updates and results to colleagues and senior managers.

 

 

Key Requirements

 

·         BSc in Mathematics or statistics/ mathematics/ life science equivalent

·         Multiple years of relevant  industry experience

·         Working knowledge of clinical trial design and statistical procedures, demonstrated understanding of clinical trial data flow and regulatory requirements, coding techniques and statistical software

·         Demonstrated competency in SAS and MS Office tools

·         Experience in analysing study data, prioritize and deliver to deadlines

·         Understanding of CDISC STDM and ADaM standards

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate results to both technical and non-technical colleagues
