Hello

I have been treating a patient with Apo C2 deficiency for the past 15 years.

The mainstay of his treatment is his diet, but he is also on

Ciprofibrate 100mg
Atorvastatin 40mg
Antox 4 tabs / day

No episodes of acute pancreatitis but 'best' triglycerides = 10 mmol/L and
have been up to 26 mmol/L recently.

Has developed diabetes over the last couple of years (most recent HbA1c =
65 mmol/mol) - not yet on oral medication for this

Any further ideas regarding management?

Many thanks

Rob
