Apologies for cross posting.

Attached is a call for papers in a special issue of the Journal of Sport and Tourism on Sport Tourism Destinations, guest edited by Professor Tom Hinch (University of Alberta), Professor James Higham (University of Otago) and Dr Brent Moyle (Griffith University).

Part of a series of 4 designed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Journal of Sport and Tourism, this special issue seeks to draw on a multidisciplinary approach and will feature papers that provide insight into the sustainability of sport tourism destinations at local, regional, state and national levels.

For interested authors a two step process paper review process will be applied. First, a 250 word structured abstract will be submitted via email to Professor Tom Hinch by the 30th of June 2015. Second, structured abstracts will be reviewed by the guest editors and full papers will be invited for submission through the Journal of Sport and Tourism online submission system for double blind peer review by December 15th, 2015.

Alternately, the guest editors also welcome initial queries from interested authors directly via email.

For more information on the special issue, as well as the submission guidelines, please refer to the attached call for papers.

Finally, please feel free to forward the call for papers to colleagues you feel may be interested in the special issue.

Thanks all,

Kind Regards

Brent
