I have asked those in the core ops team to each provide a brief update of their current activities in order to start the discussion about where we might want to remove or focus more effort. The areas originally defined were these https://www.gridpp.ac.uk/wiki/Category:GridPP_Operations. One question I have is how we can get more proactive reporting from the areas into the ops bulletin (which was the original idea of having area leads). If the discussion lacks traction due to more time needed to prepare, then please take a look at the documentation set we defined as core: https://www.gridpp.ac.uk/php/KeyDocs.php.
