Hello everyone, I am new to SPM and am working on a finger tapping FMRI dataset. The MRI scanner recorded 304 volumes, but automatically discarded the first two (as these have T1 effects). There are 2 conditions - Left Motor Response and Right Motor Response heaving 185 onsets each. TR = 1.92 seconds . Duration of each impulse = 1 second. High-pass filter = 128 s. After pre-processing the dataset and specifying the onsets how can I get the labels (i.e Left/Right/Rest) of the 302 time-points? Looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks, Tiasha
