Dear Ji, It should be possible to export Inveon raw data in Dicom format, which you could then convert into nii format e.g. with the default Dicom import routine in SPM. If you look for a solution that does not require Matlab you could try dicom2nii, MRIConvert, MRTrix, (X)Medcon (note that there's also a standalone version of SPM, see https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/SPM/Standalone ). Or did you encounter specific problems during data conversion? Bset Helmut
