Dear experts, I have a really trivial question regarding the normalisation step in SPM12. We first preprocessed our fMRI data using slice time correction and realignment (no unwarping). Now we are not sure what we have to enter as "Image to Align" and "Image to Write" during normalisation (Estimate and Write)? Thanks a lot for your help Andre
