Great - thanks, you seem to know everything! Ok, so then basically I could just convert my .par file (output of MCFLIRT) to .txt format (ie rp.txt), and input this as an additional regressor. Is that right? One more question: in your previous email you said: select the rp file as "Multiple regressor" Where is the option to choose "Multiple regressor" in the SPM gui? I think in MCFLIRT the output is rotations followed by translations (in contrast to SPM), but the order of the columns does not matter when setting up the model. Best Helmut
