Dear Experts I hve some brain mri images and wanted to find the gray matter voxels. When in matlab , spm is opened, we hve different options like PET, fMri, and so on. Plz suggest for T1weighted , which option I hve to choose because different people are giving different answers. Also after choosing the option, what will be selected in Toolbox option of SPM. If everything is done using SPM, then what is the need of downloading VBM. Need ur suggestions. Thanx Gunjan
