Postdoctoral research fellowship (2 years) in theory group of Adam Kirrander (Edinburgh)
Develop accurate simulations of ultrafast photochemical reactions that include the high harmonic generation process used as a probe. The project spans ab initio molecular quantum dynamics, scattering theory and strong-field physics, and is run in close collaboration with the experimental group of Dr. Russell Minns (Southampton). A strong background in theory, chemical physics, method development and programming is required.
