Dear All,
We have an
exciting
opportunity for an
enthusiastic and experienced professional Librarian to lead on the strategic
development, management and promotion of a high quality multidisciplinary Library and Knowledge Service (LKS) at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
You will work across three sites, actively supporting clinical governance, education and training, lifelong learning, patient care and research. You will require an excellent working knowledge of Library Management Systems and proven experience at managerial
level to ensure that the Service is compliant with the Library Quality Assurance Framework (LQAF) and continues to receive its high standard of accreditation.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that services and resources are provided to meet the needs of all staff working in the health and social care community in West Hertfordshire in the delivery of optimum patient care. You
will be joining East of England Libraries at an exciting time as we work towards delivering Knowledge for Healthcare – a development framework for NHS LKS.
This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week.
