Hello Martin We had a similar issue a couple of months ago. On contacting Capita, it transpired that the LDS process was not running after a reboot issue with the Keystone server. The LDS process was restarted by Capita and the issue was resolved. I hope this might be of some help. Please contact me if you need any more information. Please click the "View in library catalogue" for more information. The information was displayed until late April when I raised a ticket with Talis. I have been assured by Talis that they have not changed anything to affect this and as far as I'm aware the same applies to Capita.
