Hi

In light of recent changes to copyright legislation and this guidance:

http://www.cilip.org.uk/sites/default/files/documents/Declaration%20forms%20Jan%202015.pdf

Are many libraries now using electronic copyright declarations?

Are you only accepting emailed declarations if they come from a secure email address or library log-on/ PIN?

Are you storing the actual declarations electronically, or just a record to say that the copyright declaration was received (as was the case here: Electronic signatures for copyright in the UK: a solution to the “holy grail” of document delivery)

Would be really keen to hear how other people have implemented this, thanks in advance

Kind regards
