We have been experiencing problems with getting pdfs to display using IE and Adobe XI for DawsonEra, Knovel and EbscoHost ebooks and wondered if anyone else has been experiencing this problem and found a solution. We either get a blank page when we try to read online or get only one page displaying in the browser. Using Firefox we do not have this problem and also do not have the problem for other ebook suppliers. We should be grateful for any advice that anyone who has experienced this problem and found a solution can offer. Many thanks for your help and apologies for cross-posting.
