Hi all, I'm having difficulties running Feat analysis on my experimental design and was wondering maybe any of you can offer help. My experiment consists of four tasks (G, F, S, P) and eight runs (two runs for each task). Each run is comprised of 15 blocks (8 seconds long) of performing the same task, with ten seconds rest between blocks. There are also two catch blocks in each run. I want to contrast between the four tasks (I know contrasting between runs is not best practice, but due to the nature of the tasks they must be separated). I performed first level Feat analysis on each run, with 3 column EVs for the current task and the catch blocks, and dummy EVs (all zeros) for the other three tasks. I then tried to perform second level analysis across runs but I get empty map for all contrasts. What am I missing? Thanks, - Matan
