Hi, I'm working with the .par file from mcflirt, which I understand are the 6 (3 rotation and 3 translation) parameters. My end goal is to use the .par file as a regressor for motion in an SPM analysis. I need to figure out if the .par file (FSL mcflirt) and the rp.txt file (from SPM realignment) are comparable. The important question is: which columns come first in the .par file? Are the first 3 columns rotation and the last 3 translation? Or the other way around? Thanks, Joelle
