Digital Learning Network's next event, taking place at V&A London, explores new approaches to personal and mobile digital learning.  Speakers will present current case studies and examples of innovative projects from a range of organisations.

Thursday 30 July, V&A London 10:30-16:00 (registration and refreshments from 10.00)

Cost: £95 (includes refreshments and a sandwich lunch)

Speakers and subjects will include:
*             Kati Price, Head of Digital Media, V&A Museum, offers a glimpse of a guide for the new Europe Galleries (due to open later in the year)
*             Hugh Wallace, Head of Digital Media, National Museums Scotland, and Ben Templeton, Creative Director at Thought Den, will talk about their Technology Strategy Board-funded participatory app Capture the Museum
*             Alyson Webb partner at Frankly, Green + Webb, will discuss a range of recent projects including a multi-media guide at the Van Gogh Museum and new developments at the Metropolitan Museum of Art
*             Dr Maria-Anne Tseliou will outline new mobile interpretation at Leicester Castle, in collaboration with Leicester City Council Museums Service and Locly, funded by the NESTA Digital R&D Fund for the Arts

*             Exploring spaces  - mobile learning experiences for children: Multichannel Producer, Katherine Biggs, Ina Pruegel, Historic Royal Palaces
*             Jon Little, Digital Product Manager, Information Technology,  Royal Botanic Gardens, discusses the findings from iBeacon and proximity technology used at Kew
