The future of the past is now for Stratford and Perth County.

The new Stratford-Perth Archives celebrated its official opening Saturday, June 6 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by dozens of local dignitaries, historians and history buffs.

There was, fittingly, a little history before the doors to the new 10,000 square foot building were opened.
