Dear all, I have a question about VBM: the method of brain tissue segmentation is based on MRF (Markov random field), and using the minimum energy instead of maximum a posteriori(MAP). So I want to know whether there is a value or range of values about the minimum energy to judge a voxel belongs to grey matter or white matter? If there have, what is the value of minimum energy about grey matter and white matter? Thanks a lot, lin
