Hi, I'm also a bit unclear on reslicing. If one does a "Realign:Estimate" and then "Normalize:Write," are the images all resliced according to both the realign and normalization parameters? Many of the examples in the SPM guides seem to do a Realign: Estimate + Reslice and ultimately a Normalize: Write, so I assumed that there might be a rational to reslicing 2x separately? Thanks!
