Hi SPM experts, We use electrical stimulation to provoke painful sensation and we want to know pain-related activation. The stimulus duration is just 1 ms in each trial and subject can feel a moderate to severe pain sensation. My question is, when I specify GLM model in SPM in the future, will 1 ms be too short? (for event duration, I just enter 0.001 second?) Will it be too short to yield any activation, although subjects do feel very painful? Thanks Mark
