Dear Donald,

I tried your toolbox but when I followed your manuscript to compile the mex files I received following error message - Is it a problem of Matlab version?

/Applications/MATLAB_R2012a.app/bin/mex: line 1326: gcc-4.2: command not found

mex: compile of ' "peak_get_lm6.c"' failed.

My peak_nii toolbox on nitrc: http://www.nitrc.org/projects/peak_nii will produce tables in matlab (with peak labels) that can be copied in to excel to make tables for papers. The toolbox includes the AAL atlas among others.

Respected SPM experts,

Which is the best toolbox or software installed over SPM or MATLAB that labels the brain regions corresponding to activated regions found in the brain for fMRI images, also giving the corresponding voxels that got activated.i have referred xjview toolbox, but there I couldn't find any column where I can input threshold and see which voxels activation is seen.
So please suggest me any toolbox or program or software installed over MATLAB that can label the activated brain regions, can show activated regions on entering threshold, and can also show the voxels position corresponding to each activated regions.

Thanks
