Dear all, Recently, I am very interest in the TBM analysis. I have searched many papers, but I still do not know which toolkit could I use and the detailed procedure to implement. In the VBM8 toolbox, there is an option of Jacobian determinant (Normalized). I select “yes” and obtain a prefix “jac_wrp1” nii file. Regard to this option, the VBM8 manual write “The Jacobian determinant for each voxel can be written in normalized space. This information can be used to do a Tensor-Based Morphometry (TBM) analysis. Note: For a basic VBM analysis this is not needed.” For TBM analysis, could I just use the jac_wrp1 file of each subject to conduct group analysis? Or I should use extra steps to process this file. If VBM8 could perform TBM analysis, could someone give me some published references which also use VBM8 toolbox? Thanks, Feng
