EFPC 2015 Amsterdam Conference 30 August - 1 September
The EFPC will organize its' 2015 conference in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with the title "Integrated Primary Care: Research, Policy & Practice".
The pre-conference activities on Sunday 30 August will be concentrated in the North of Amsterdam. The "Tobacco Theatre" in the city centre is already confirmed for the main conference on 31 August / 1 September 2015 where we will celebrate 10 year EFPC. A draft-programme is already available
The call for abstracts is on-line now extended till 15/5/2015 and most of the key-note speakers are confirmed: Amsterdam alderman Mr Eric van der Burg will welcome us and explain how they respond to the transitions, Prof Chris van Weel will show us the history of Primary Care in the Netherlands with the numerous highlights where "Primary Care saved the nation"! and Dr Ellen Nolte will emphasize on what we know and what we don’t know about Integrated Care. Prof John Ovretveit  will talk about the EU Research Project IMPLEMENT on the Implementation of Chronic Care Improvements. Dr Tonka Poplas Susič and Metka Žitnik Šircelj will elaborate on "Integrated Primary Care in Slovenia: interprofessional collaboration in practice" and the European Medicine Agency will be represented by Dr Isabelle Moulon to talk about rationalization of pharmaceutical spending in Primary Care
