Option 1 would certainly be helpful Valerie. Changes might affect instructions previously issued to users of the system, necessitating new screenshots/advice/etc. This would be a quick way of checking that something had not been missed. We would find it helpful to have a record of the possible changes to tenancy and our response. The only way we can do that currently is to look back over our support request, that’s not ideal. Would others find 1) a list of updates, optional improvements and when they were introduced useful ? 2) also like to see a record of their institutional decisions ? If so then I suppose the route to do that is via ASPIRE ideas ?
