What position do other Library Authorities take regarding the provision of inter-library loans to customers who access the service at community run libraries. 

·         If you allow customers to collect ILLs at community run libraries who receipts the incoming items on UnityUK, (eg do you have stock delivered / processed centrally then send it shelf ready to the CLs)

·         Do you have problems with late returns of BLDSC and other specialist material

 

Do you offer specialist services such as a bookings service for music and reading sets via your community run libraries. 

·         If you do offer sets who chases up bookings that go a stray, non returned parts etc

·         Do you charge an annual membership fee – if so how do you collect these charges at CLs?
