Dear All,

I’ve been asked by our Research and Development Team to find out how other trusts come up with a comprehensive list of all the published research that has been authored by their staff each year. They currently email their staff twice a year asking if they have been published, but people do not always reply and this means their annual report is inaccurate.

Could anyone offer some advice on the best way to do this? They are considering setting up alerts for all of the journals that their researchers have published in, in the past, so that they can scour the contents pages for staff names.

Many thanks in advance,

Emma
