I thought that may be the problem at the start so tried importing an invoice using the browse option. Sadly, I still get the same result.

Hi Deji,

Has a change been made on the University firewall?? Worth checking we have had a few instances where we have checked with all our suppliers, before our ICT own up to making changes on the firewall.

Hello all

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with importing their EBSCO invoices into Millennium and/or Sierra? We’ve been using the Electronic Serials Invoicing module for a couple of years now without any problem but around March, it stopped working. No error messages are displayed so don’t know where to start. III and EBSCO are already looking into it.
