Subject: Historic England Acronym
As its Friday, and yesterday suggests many of us won’t be warming our current seats for much longer, thought I would lighten the mood
I would like to suggest that Historic England’s official new acronym should be HEng (pronounced Henge…).
Frankly HE just doesn’t cut it as it has too many other uses – Historic Environment; High Explosive; probably others
Best wishes
