Not quite sure what you are referring to but the answer is no in any case.

e.g. You could check a blood pressure on the 31st March and 1st April and this would count for two years

or

for exception reporting there is nothing in the regulations to say that you can't send reminders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday although in this case a post payment verification would probably have something to say about it!
