Hi Alex,

if I understand correctly your problem, you want to analyze using FSL fMRI data acquired using Prism Clinical task.

If so I recommend that you get your raw data in DICOM directly from the scanner or PACS convert into NIFTI (http://www.mccauslandcenter.sc.edu/mricro/mricron/dcm2nii.html)

and then use it as input in FSL.

Best,

Domenico

Subject: [FSL] Getting Prism Clinical task paradigms into FSL?

Hi all!

Does anyone have experience (or perhaps has already shared a set of files) to import the various tasks (Silent Word Generation, Picture Naming, etc...) from Prism Clinical (~4.0.2) into FSL-compatible formats?
