Hi Catherine,

In very much brief (as they are quite substantial sections), 109B permits them to submit a writtem notice requiring, among other people, "any local authority acting in their capacity as an authority responsible for the granting of any licencing" to supply relevant information.

109C allows them to enter premises and inspect information.

As long as the officer hasa reasonable belief that some shady benefits things is going on then you're pretyt much obliged to provide relevant information.
