As was reported before many times, the solution to the error you're getting is reinstalling Xquartz.

Hi,

I recently updated the OSX on my IMAC to OSX Yosemite version 10.10.3.

Since then I am unable to open CCP4. I have tried to reinstall the CCP4 but still the problem is there. Anyone have any information how to fix this issue.
