Dear Colleague, I am leading on a review of the current module feedback system at the University of Bradford and would welcome support on the following: 1. Have you had experience of any particular electronic module survey software and what are your thoughts on: a. ease of use (both for the student and staff that will be receiving the responses); b. reporting capabilities; c. tracking/monitoring the number of respondents and offer auto-reminder functionality; d. sharing capability of responses to multiple users/groups. 2. Have you outsourced module feedback facilities to third parties and if so would you be prepared to comment on your experience? 3. Would you be willing to share your set of questions that you use to seek module feedback from students? I look forward to hearing from you.
