Overextended “profiles”, as discussed here on several occasions.

 

Overfrequent repeated plasma cholesterol.

 

Inappropriate request for haematinics.

 

…and, just possibly, something to do with “Vitamin D”. See recent discussion here on optimal approaches to populations.

 

Overtransfusion.
