Hi all,

I am using SPM 12, when I realign the images and after normalise it, the resulting images are cuts, I attache the output images after normalise in this mail. The realignment is correct because I check on "mricro" with overlay option. The
curious thing about this theme is that when I try normalise without realignament on the original images nifti after that this error occur, the nifti resultant is cut too, when the normalise without realignment run correctment before and the nifti output was correct.

Also comment that when I perform it in spm8 doesn't have errors, it does correctly, with and without previous realignment.
I'm using matlab R2012a and my operation system is Linux (Fedora 20)


I don't understand why this is happening. It is the first time that I use SPM.

It occurs in module PET & VBM in SPM 12, in SPM 8 I don't have problems, but I like more SPM 12.

Any idea what may be happening?
