Having said that, when looking at the glassbrain in file 2.pdf, especially at these "flares" shooting out of the brain, it seems you didn't use any explicit or implicit mask when setting up the analysis. You should definitely do so, as you want to limit the whole-brain analysis to the brain. Usually the default settings when specifying a model (implict mask yes) should be sufficient. Best, Helmut
