Hi @all, I have 4 patient groups and 1 control group in a paradigm where pictures with emotional and neutral content were shown. I computed a GLM with the contrast emotional > neutral at the 1st level and now want to compare the different groups with each other. For example I want to compare all the patient groups together vs the control group or only two patient groups with the control group and so on. I was wondering if I should use an ANOVA design and which one I should use? greetings David
