I’d recommend taking a look at the Viewpoints project from the University of Ulster:

I’ve ran a couple of workshops using the materials and it’s always been useful to get the conversation started and encourage some lateral thought. It’s also a fairly simple format to follow – perhaps not too dissimilar to MMU’s approach.
