Hi Everybody
Has anyone received a freedom of Information request from a Consulting Firm called Cairneagle Associates enquiring about spend on skills development activity within your University. Our records management office have passed this to me to complete but I have raised with them a query which is whether we are obliged to supply such details to a commercial company, who may subsequently use such information as the basis of unsolicited marketing of their services. I have yet to receive a reply but wondered whether any of you had had the same request (they say they are contacting all UK Universities with a similar request).
