A reminder that the next deadline for applications to the Royal Society of Chemistry Outreach Fund is 30 April 2015.

Through the fund we aim to encourage and support the development of projects that raise awareness of chemistry in people’s everyday lives, and/or develop the science communication skills of those who are already highly trained in chemistry. Members or anyone else organising such activities are invited to apply for financial support.

There are three categories of grants available:

1. Small grants - up to £2,000

2. Medium grants - between £2,000 and £10,000

3. Large grants - between £10,000 and £50,000

We are currently accepting applications to all three funding categories. After this deadline, the fund will be closed until September 2015. To find out more and apply, please visit rsc.li/outreach-fund.
