Dear All,
Since yesterday, the pbs_mom service was stuck on all wroker Nodes. when i tried to restart, it shows
# service pbs_mom start
Starting TORQUE Mom: pbs_mom: LOG_ERROR::Permission denied (13) in chk_file_sec, Security violation with "/var/lib/torque/spool/" - /var/lib/torque/spool/ cannot be accessed
pbs_mom: LOG_ERROR::Permission denied (13) in chk_file_sec, Security violation with "/var/lib/torque/undelivered/" - /var/lib/torque/undelivered/ cannot be accessed
That problem appeared when following packages were updated/installed by autoupdate process from "EPEL"repos
torque-libs-4.2.10-1.el6.x86_64
torque-client-4.2.10-1.el6.x86_64
torque-4.2.10-1.el6.x86_64
globus-xio-5.8-1.el6.x86_64
globus-xio-5.8-1.el6.i686
globus-common-15.29-1.el6.i686
globus-common-15.29-1.el6.x86_64
Is there any relation with these updates? Anybody have any idea about this problem and possible solutions?
