italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies

This is only tangentially related, but some restoration has recently 
been completed on the frescoes at the Santissima, and they are truly 
gorgeous.  If you get to Florence, be sure and visit them; it's a 
project that deserves to be supported.
