The School of Modern Languages at the University of St Andrews is seeking to appoint a full time Lecturer in German and Comparative Literature from 1 August 2015 – 15 June 2016 to provide cover for maternity leave. 

Applicants will be expected to hold a PhD, and should possess native or near-native language skills in German and English. Applications are invited from candidates with a specialist interest in 20th and 21st century German literature, or in comparative work with a significant German component.
