Hi Lisa - and anyone else it's useful for, I'm attaching a guidance document about this I came across recently and thought was really good in terms of the practicalities / ethics / legalities it covers especially for people new to this process. It's created by the Ahmed Iqbal Ullah Education Trust in Manchester with support from HLF.
