I've tried to compile the whole project from the build : fsl_5.0.8-3~nd80+1.debian.tar.xz.
I even tried to use some of the special debian's config files. But none of the tools seems to compile well.

If you want to compile and are having trouble like this then I would run the build script on the source distribution, as this will build all of the FSL projects and is more likely to get the paths and installs correct.

Hi,

I'm trying to compile FLIRT TOOL on a Debian Jessie 64. My gcc is 4.9.

I've followed your how to.

$> make install in the /src/flirt directory

I've got the following error messages :

    g++        -I/usr/include/newmat -I/usr/include -I/usr/include/boost -I. -I/home/daniel/fsl_build/fsl/include -I/home/daniel/fsl_build/fsl/include   -c -o globaloptions.o globaloptions.cc

    In file included from globaloptions.cc:69:0:

    globaloptions.h:78:30: erreur fatale: newimage/costfns.h : Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type (no file or directory of this type)

     #include "newimage/costfns.h"

I've first changed the path to correct the error but then I've been hanging from a missing header file to a wrong path, until I've been blocked with this :

    ../newimage/../miscmaths/miscmaths.h:180:24:} erreur: "SP" was not declared in this scope

          return Sum(SP(a,b));

Do you have any clue to unblock me ?
