Dear all FSL experts I have calculated the single descriptive value for each participants (for example: total intracranial volume , one value per subject). I used the fslascii2img command line tool to convert these values into single 4D nifti image. Is it valid to use randomise tool to perform permutation tests for this 4D nifti image ? I want to perform permutation based ANCOVA design which covariate with age and sex for group comparison in total intracranial volume Best Paul
